Sculptural Calligraphy
When the calligraphic line leaves the paper and rises into space, a character gains new weight and shadow. These works change as the viewer walks around them, asking us to encounter writing beyond a single frontal view.
Material, light, and the viewer's position are all treated as part of one gesture, exploring how calligraphy can converse with architecture and place.
Cubism in Calligraphy
By layering impressions from different angles and moments, these works rebuild the form of calligraphy beyond a single point of view. Meaning loosens into a composition of line, plane, and resonance.
Within the disassembled gesture, each viewer is invited to discover a personal way of reading and a new story.
Calligraphy of Light
Light is a brush that cannot be held. Through flicker, reflection, and translucent contours, it extends the temporality of calligraphy into space.
Changing between day and night, and as viewers approach or recede, these works are not fixed images but calligraphy that emerges through experience.
