Venue Hankyu Umeda Gallery (Floor 9, Hankyu Umeda) 8-7 Sumidacho Kita-ku Osaka-shi Osaka Japan Detail Series of "SHUNGA" will be presented for the first time in Kansai after enchanted Italian in Milan. 80 collections include scores of unreleased titles. Letters liberated from 2D and tradition, "Calligraphic Sculptures," outlines redrawn in 3D in the air, "SHUNGA" and "UKIYOE," fusion of painting and letters, and interactive media art that embraces audience with calligraphic world. Sisyu keeps bravely reconstructing Japanese tradition and sense of beauty to pursue unprecedented expressions. The exhibition showcases around 80 works including the latest titles of ease series. The seven main show windows on the grand floor are also designed by Sisyu expressing the theme of "New Beauty of Japan."
