◎ Turn anxiety into hope ◎
August 29, 2025
Why even children?
Are you worried about the future?
In brain science research,
“Neural circuits that remember the past”
“Neural circuits for imagining the future” are the same
I’ve come to understand that.
In other words, memories of past failures and losses
It causes anxiety and fear about the future.
So, with the power of ART,
Thinking about ways to turn anxiety about the future into hope,
I have arrived at an answer.
“Imagining a hopeful future first,
Carve that hope into your brain as a “memory”.”
By having a “memory” of a future where your wishes have already come true,
Reduce anticipatory anxiety and restore confidence.
Past losses and suffering can be used as “experiences to cultivate wishes”
By being reinterpreted, the meaning of the past will also change.
The human brain is
Without distinguishing between actual experience and vividly imagined images,
Both process and affect the mind and body in the same way.
With the power of ART
We have created a new workshop.
strong>“A pre-celebration festival that makes your wishes come true”/strong>
1. Write down your wishes
Through questions and introspection, clearly imagine the future you want to achieve.
Weave the story of the future into words and write it down with a brush.
Celebrate grandly and celebrate your life as if your wish has already come true.
2. Paper that returns to nature
Print your first wish on paper that returns to nature.
3. Plant cherry blossoms with your wishes
On the winter solstice, we plant cherry blossoms with our wishes.
The cherry blossoms become a symbol of the blossoming of wishes.
Bury the number 2 at the base to support your wishes for the future.
Find hope in the future,
The “Pre-celebration festival” creates “memories of a future where wishes come true.”
We will start recruiting 40 people from today.

“Memory”
Rather than just recording the past,
Develop the ability to live in the future.
Because “memories create the future.”
