Thus they are considered to be ominous. Domestic live stocks like chickens are eaten and threatened by crows. However, they are sometimes eaten by cats. All living beings eat and are eaten in nature. This is the law of nature so death is also a part of it. The single bird struggling to stay alive in the center of the picture represents life. The entire bottom part represents the crows in underworld. This piece depicts the border between life and death.
